Returns & Trial Policy:

• If you are not entirely happy with your purchase for any reason we will gladly refund the purchase price of the items, provided that you have first notified us and they are returned within 7 days of receipt.

• Returns sent without prior authorization, are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. We don't insist on wrapping leathers since we want you to get a real feel for riding in a Barefoot saddle. We understand that the saddle will have a few marks on the saddle flap but we feel that it is impossible to judge a saddle with a bunch of bulky matters under the leg.

•No refunds will be made until we receive the item back in salable condition with all tags intact. Saddles By Barefoot may, on a case by case basis, accept returns on items that have been kept longer than 7 days. In these cases, Saddles By Barefoot reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee deducted from the original purchase price of the item.

•A full item refund can only be given if the saddle and/or accessories are clean, hair-free, and show little evidence of use (we accept minor marks on the saddle flaps from the use of stirrup leathers). A 20% restocking and cleaning fee applies to saddles returned with any signs of dirt, hair, etc.

•In order to keep costs down for all customers we will not refund our original shipping costs or the cost of return postage unless the products are faulty or we have made an error in what we've sent to you. Please return the items through a trackable, insured shipment method.

Order is Damaged, Defective or the Wrong Item Was Shipped:
If the order is damaged, defective or the wrong item was shipped, please save the carton and all the packing material as well as the item. Notify us immediately at 828.817.1451, so we can instruct you on the proper handling of the merchandise. This will ensure the quickest replacement.

Payments: Sales tax will be added for residents of South Carolina.

Shipping: Saddles have a fixed charge of $40.00 within the continental US. Accessories ordered at the time you order your saddle will ship with the saddle at no extra cost.

Our products are shipped via UPS or Fed Ex ground service (extra charges may apply for special deliveries).

Warranties:
Barefoot® Saddles carry a 12-month warranty from date of purchase on workmanship. Damage resulting from misuse or neglect of the product is not covered under this warranty. Cosmetic and appearance changes to the natural leather products are a fact of nature and are not covered under this warranty. No additional warranties apply, whether implied or other.

Limitation of Liability: Equestrian activities can be dangerous. Saddles By Barefoot, LLC cannot be responsible for any injury or damages that occur while riding, or from the use of our products. In no event shall Saddles By Barefoot, LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of its product(s) offered for sale on this site. Buyer assumes all risks and liability from use of product(s).

Saddles By Barefoot reserves the right to change the terms, prices, conditions and notices under which their products are offered. Saddles By Barefoot is not responsible for any misprints or misrepresentation on their publications, including but not limited to advertisement, brochures, verbal and e-mail communications and website.

Privacy Policy: Saddles By Barefoot, LLC does not share your personal information with third parties, other than for shipping purposes.

Any personal identifying information you provide to Saddles By Barefoot, LLC via the Internet or through any or other medium is for the exclusive use of Saddles By Barefoot, LLC. We will not sell this data or otherwise make it available to anyone outside of Saddles By Barefoot, LLC without the permission of the customer. We will maintain a database of customers in order to make them aware of new products and services offered by us. We care about the privacy of our visitors and customers and we actively enforce this policy.
